Progs: Out of Red Pills, Blame the Victim, and Weaponize Children

The fantasy, red-pill-free world of today's prog is a truly amazing and frightening one of contradictory conclusions and emotions based on delusions and illusions. Let's have some scary fun and look at a bit of this world. Not too much, just a bit. All we can stand, in other words.

"Immigration" Invasion, Blame the Victim:

Ah, yes, so-called "immigration" is a perennial favorite in prog world. "Immigration" has lots of useful aspects to it: a prog can label anybody opposed to unfettered "immigration" as a racist, this at the same time that progs, e.g., Nancy Pelosi, hail the coming "browning" of America and accuse anybody who hails the current "whiteness"of America as a racist. Progs, please remember, are allowed to think in terms of race, the rest of us, well, not so much.

The immigration topic is one in which the prog craziness and inability to think logically is very visible. We start with those coming to the USA. The vast majority are from what we once called Third World countries, and are what the progs call "persons of color." Why do they come? Well, the progs tells us that they come because they flee oppression, injustice, lack of rule of law, inequality, and well, just because, well, they want to. They come from great cultures that we must respect, accommodate, and emulate, well, emulate only up to the point that we don't appropriate them, while they, of course, have the right to appropriate our culture, but . . . don't go further down that line of RACIST thought! We cannot label their countries sh*tholes, and while they have great cultures and are from wonderful places, it is an injustice of huge proportions to ask them to live in their own countries and to send back the ones who violate our laws. We cannot separate families nor can we send back whole family units because . .  . RACIST!

The progs do not want us to differentiate between lawful immigrants and criminal aliens. They are all in one big bucket of voters and constituents for prog government programs.

Our nation, it seems, is just a jumble of rapacious capitalism, fascism, racism, white supremacy, and Judeo-Christian intolerance and we are often rightfully compared to the NAZIS! Because as we all know, the Gestapo and the SS arrested and jailed Jews because millions of Jews were trying to get into Nazi Germany to live, and sent them to death camps or firing squads. We are doing exactly the same with the tide of "asylum" seekers, "refugees," and undocumented "immigrants." It is exactly like the NAZIS! Right?

We are not allowed to question why "persons of color" would want to give up their fabulous cultures to live in the evil, patriarchal, white supremacist USA . . . DON'T ASK THAT QUESTION, YOU DEPLORABLE RAAAAAAACIST!

The US is at fault because people want to live here. I wrote nearly three years ago about the phenomenon of the world wanting to live in the countries created by White Dudes. That phenomenon continues.

We are aggressors because we want to control, just a bit, who lives among us. The USA, please note, takes more migrants of all types than any other country on earth, but it is the US that the Jordanian head of the UN human rights organization singles out for harsh criticism for allegedly "separating" families at the border--maybe Jordan should do something about the so-called Palestinian "refugees"? The UN says nothing about the draconian immigration laws in Mexico and elsewhere in Latin America. No human rights violation charges, furthermore, are leveled against the governments of Mexico, Cuba, any of the Central American countries, China, Syria, Nigeria, etc., for failing to promote societies in which people wish to live with their children. Nothing is said about the prog organizations, allied with human traffickers, corrupt officials, lying and scandal-mongering journalists, and demogogic politicians, such as Mexican Presidential candidate Manuel Lopez Obrador, who called for Mexicans and Central Americans to "flood" the USA in the name of "North American open borders." Lopez Obrador, of course, borrowed that call for an invasion and occupation from Turkey's Erdogan

As noted below, this insanity exploits and kills children, including the children of Americans killed by MS-13. But, of course, the OUTRAGE! and the focus of the virtue-signalers and their friends, well, that will remain on bogus stories of mistreatment at the hands of beleaguered Border Patrol agents.

Weaponize the Kids:

To generate big messy crises, the progs resort to a time-tested weapon, to wit, children. Remember the pictures of the drowned Syrian boy in the Mediterranean? How that would shame Europe into accepting a tidal wave of fake "refugees"? It worked. Nobody put the shame where it belonged, i.e., on the Arab producers of "refugees." It was white Christian Europe's fault. The Arabs, of course, are old experts at using kids to fake up OUTRAGE! Hamas, the PLO/PLA, and others are quite good at putting out fake stories of Arab children murdered at the hands of Israelis and at pushing kids into situations where they will get killed by soldiers defending themselves. Saddam, too, was a master at placing anti-aircraft guns next to schools and hospitals. The progs, given perhaps their Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact with Islam, are quite adept at using that tactic, too. Children for gun control; children for abortion; children for transgender rights; and, of course, children at the border for open borders.

  1. The same shrill progs who may well have been at their local Planned Parenthood office ensuring that women were able to separate from their children-permanently. No media cameras allowed.

  2. Your problem, kind sir, is that you are logical in an age of spittle-flecked illogic.

  3. "Let's have some scary fun and look at a bit of this world. Not too much, just a bit. All we can stand, in other words." This is horribly accurate. I'm losing liberal friends who are frothing at the mouth with hatred toward anyone who doesn't toe their party line. The bigotry is breathtaking.

    1. oh no... you see... it's not that.. it's 'science'.. all of this stuff is "well established" by a "consensus" of social "scientists"... enforcing borders is proven to be bad for everybody.

in the early 1900's it was the same level of 'scientific' confidence on another social hypothesis... eugenics.

don't let them off the hook.... even if they're now ex-friends.

    2. I'm old enough to remember the 1970's, when we were heading for a new ice age. Now, the people who look to "science" tell us that X and Y chromosomes don't have a thing to do with gender.

I'm starting to wonder if modern "science" is a cheat?

    3. Kepha -- Remember we did not have to worry too much in the 1970s about the coming Ice Age because the Club of Rome assured us we were going to run out of oil, metals, and pretty much everything before the cold weather got to us. Science is a wonderful thing!

Something that is usually ignored by all the right people -- in President Eisenhower's famous Farewell Address, immediately after he warned about the Military-Industrial Complex, he went on to warn about the politicization of science, as research became more and more expensive and dependent on government funding.

David Salsburg relates a relevant observation in his fascinating and highly readable book about the development of statistics ("The Lady Tasting Tea")-- one of the giants of statistics, R.A. Fisher, went to his grave in 1964 still contending that all that had been demonstrated about smoking and lung cancer was correlation -- not causation. As the junk science of Anthropogenic Global Warming becomes more obvious, and the failures of government science-based nutritional guidelines are uncovered, I find myself wondering if even the health case against smoking contained an element of junk science.

First they came for the cigarettes, and I said nothing because I was not a smoker. ...

    4. ..."I was not a smoker."...
Of course not, had you been,
      you probably would have known
      that L.S./M.F.T --thus supporting
      the null hypothesis, that smoking
can be good for your health, if you
are lucky and live long enough~~~OW ;)

    6. You've got a point, Gavin. Thanks for reminding me of good old Ike. I was a very small kid when he was POTUS, and he was probably one of my first extrafamilial heroes, since I was told he was not only President, but also had been the general who led our forces to victory in WWII.

I guess that the politicization of just about everything--not just science--is the great threat of our age.

    7. I'd consider it more akin to the second-hand smoke argument.
Exposure to smoke second hand is a very tough thing to measure directly, so hand waiving and assumptions/approximations (model knob turning) is the way to go to prove whatever point you've got.

But there are a lot of people who think the science behind catastrophic anthropogenic global warming is as solid as the precession of the orbit of Mercury. I don't think anybody can help those people... they've got to stop drinking the kool aid first.

There will be no peace until we either have a civil war or another Big war.

    1. I truly believe we are headed for a civil war. When the left actually steals an election, as they surely will, probably by simply not allowing opposing votes to be counted, a violent reaction will break out.

It has happened in several countries before, but in the US, the populace is armed.

    2. We are in civil war right now by all the factors needed. It is a cold civil war that is becoming an uncivil war. The part that everyone associates with 'civil war'--bullets flying and people dying--is the end stage if all goes badly . It won't.

    3. Whitewall - what makes you so sure it won't end in bullets and death? That seems much more likely than a miracle.

    4. EricW,
I have no doubt that an occasional lefty nut case will act out of rage and lack of self control- witness the near assassination of Congressman Scalise last year. The American left is basically all rage and smoke. They have famous people urging them on, eg Michael Moore saying "we have to put our bodies on the line" etc. You can bet if shooting starts, neither he nor any of the famous celebs will be anywhere near it. The bodies are always the emotional, young, ignorant or useful minorities that make up today's cannon fodder as they have always been. Law enforcement will deal with these people. You might remember back in the 1950s and 1960s how the FBI infiltrated the ranks of the KKK to begin heading off trouble. You can bet law enforcement will do the same with 'antifa' and any of the other violent lefty groups.

On a general note, the average civilized person who has never been in law enforcement or the military, can't bring himself to load a gun and go after another person who is deemed an 'enemy'. Military training requires a lot of time spent overcoming that natural impulse to avoid killing. Shooting a target is one thing. An armed opponent is another. For a moral normal person, untrained, to squeeze a trigger in anger one time, requires a lot of will power. To squeeze that trigger a second time can be more difficult.

The bold people who write blog posts on different forums about what firearms they own and what they can and will do if need be, really don't amount to much. If they do act, most likely they will be arrested by the same law enforcement that contains lefty violence.

      Tks for sketching it in...
Would just add that, the lefty nut jobs with their experienced imported foreign, and local criminal brethren are now cadre/squad operational, complete with political officers. Throw in the growing ranks of 'legal drug' deranged solo players, and the LEOs pretty much have their hands full. Probably a wise move for US senior 'America First' sympathizers, to stay on the porch and defend our assets! On Watch~~~

  6. Want to make some liberal heads explode? Point out that the historical immigration they point so fondly to was all so that the US would have the manpower to transform the environmentally pristine land taken from the "Native Americans" into an exploited land full of farms, mines, railroads, and industry and that by endorsing the welcoming of the immigrants, they are also endorsing what the immigrants accomplished.

Looking forward, I do so hope that we'll still be able to destroy large numbers of the progressive vermin on Election Day, and just continue to point fingers and laugh at the dumbasses the rest of the year! Pray the fates allow~~~

  9. honestly.. this manafort business does seem like it was enough to launch mueller's investigation... I'm not sure it's enough to keep it going without something else on the hook. And when it comes to executives, the buck stops with Trump.. he had a guy running his campaign who was apparently in debt to a russian mobster for $10m... he should have known that from the beginning.. it was a mistake. It certainly does seem like when he was apprised of the situation, he fired manafort promptly.
I don't think this makes much of a difference in the political battle... and there's still some witch hunt from the ongoing mueller investigation.... but it wasn't a completely unjustified investigation.. just overblown.

  10. Part of what red-pilled me was the unrestrained glee with which they reported the expectation that the US will become minority white country within the next 30yrs. A hated minority, have no doubt. You want a real red pill. Africa has 800 million souls with an average IQ of 70 (that the cutoff for mental reatrdion and the statistic is accurate-look into it). They are currently killing the farmers in south africa at a alarming rate and have passed laws to take their land without compensation. I'm horrified by what is going to happen.

  11. I'm not sure what you had to say in your last paragraph. But I will say is the country of Mexico is absolutely deferring so called refugees to the United States.
It is a miracle that hundreds of thousands of refugees make it to the US border.... What an amazing thing that hundred of thousands of "refugees" make it through Mexico to the US.

    1. BO appointed 'sludge' still waiting to be pumped out of the resistant leftist swamp!

"The Economist magazine in 2015 ridiculed the FAO for honoring Venezuela for its "notable and exceptional" efforts to curb hunger, when the nation's food shortages were actually getting worse. The article was titled "Let them eat Chavismo," a reference to Hugo Chavez, the late left-wing president of Venezuela before Maduro.

Just before Maduro's rigged re-election last month, the New York Times and several other media outlets reported that Maduro was turning the distribution of government-issued food staples into a political weapon and withholding the food from his political opponents.

During her time at the U.N., Suzanne Palmieri never questioned the Maduro honor or sought its rescission, according to her critics.
